If you are intent on applying for work there, you need to consider these questions:

Do you like working where you can be movedaway from an area of your expertise?

Maternity leave is according to the Burgundy Book and is only half that of the local authority's in terms of full time pay (this is not unusual for Foundation Schools)

If you are a very experienced class teacher or one with a high level of skills, are you happy to be moved to doing PPA, even with consultation?

Are you happy with not only having more than three performance objectives, but for each one to be subdivided into many parts?
